Returns & Refunds Policy

At GAZE STUDIOS, we take great care in producing and packaging every artwork to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

As each artwork is produced to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. However, this policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of:

    • the artwork

    • the packaging (including any visible damage)

    • the shipping label (where possible)

    • the fault or damage

We will review your claim as quickly as possible.

In many cases, photographs are sufficient for us to assess the issue, and we may be able to offer a replacement or refund without requiring the artwork to be returned.

If we do require the item to be returned for inspection, we will provide return instructions and arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. Please do not return any item until you have received instructions from our team.

Returns

Returns are only accepted where authorised by GAZE STUDIOS.

Where a return is requested, items should be securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit. Where reasonably possible, please return the artwork in its original packaging.

Refunds & Replacements

Once your claim has been assessed, GAZE STUDIOS may, at its discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer laws:

  • replace the artwork;

  • provide a full or partial refund to the original payment method; or

  • offer another appropriate resolution where suitable.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.

Change of Mind

As each artwork is produced after an order is placed, we generally cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • change of mind;

  • selecting the incorrect artwork;

  • selecting the incorrect size or frame option;

  • entering an incorrect delivery address after production has commenced or the order has been dispatched; or

  • changes in personal preference after purchase.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to make changes before your order enters production.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or replaces any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local laws provide you with additional rights, those rights will apply.
