Order Processing
Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.
As each artwork is printed and prepared individually, production times may vary slightly depending on:
artwork size
framing selection
destination country
and seasonal demand periods
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Shipping Locations
GAZE Studios currently ships both within Australia and internationally.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and local courier services.
Estimated delivery timeframes:
Australia: approximately 3–10 business days
International: approximately 7–21 business days
Please note these are estimated delivery windows only and may vary during busy periods or due to customs delays.
Framed Prints
Framed artworks may require additional production and shipping time due to packaging and handling requirements.
To ensure safe delivery, framed prints are carefully packaged using protective materials.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included within the product price or shipping cost.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to ensure all orders arrive within estimated timeframes, GAZE is not responsible for delays caused by:
postal carriers
customs processing
weather events
incorrect shipping information
or circumstances outside of our control
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided, GAZE cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for lost orders.
