Time for the Oniric
Time For The Oniric is a duo of contemporary multidisciplinary artists, Micaela Guedes and Carina Prazeres, both born in 1997, Portugal.
Two minds connected merged their art to create one singular universe of bittersweet colors,
figurative lines and dystopian scenarios integrating surrealism and symbolism to explore nature,
the human condition, and the subconscious.
Working across murals, canvases, sculpture, illustration, animation, and recycled materials, they
blend diverse media and scales.
Trained at Nextart, AR.CO and Lisbon School of Design, they graduated from Faculty of Fine Arts
University of Lisbon, in 2019. Since 2022 they focus exclusively on their art, exhibiting in national and
international galleries such as Perve Galeria in Lisbon, Casa das Artes Bissaya Barreto in Coimbra
and Grunt Gallery in Vancouver, Canada; and participating in urban art festivals such as Stone Art in Porto de Mós (Portugal) , Imersão in Lisbon (Portugal), Artown Festival in Ploiesti (Romania), Juntas Hacemos Más in Lisbon (Portugal), Pinta Malasanã in Madrid (Spain), and Ede Street Art Festival produced by Astrant (Netherlands).
In 2025 the duo had the oportunity to complete a six-week artist residency at Perve Galeria and Casa
da Liberdade Mário Cesariny selected by an international jury. The duo is currently represented by Perve Galeria.
